“ I used Costa Construction recently for a large exterior renovation job on the front and back of my 4 storey house in Balham. I called Costa the owner when I saw that he was doing my next door neighbour’s house - she was very happy with the work. I could not be happier with the work that Costa and his team have done. The woodwork in many of my windows was partially rotten and much of the masonry was cracked and broken. The team worked painstakingly to repair all this and I was really impressed with their attention to detail. The surfaces were all meticulously prepared and treated before any decoration was done. The weather was often not very good but the team carried on working. I was also impressed with Costa’s communication skills - he is incredibly responsive to texts and was also quick to suggest improvements to the exterior decoration which turned out to be really good. He is also a really nice guy with a “can do” mindset and it was a pleasure to have him and his team working here - not always the case with builders! I am really pleased with the result - my house looks 400% better and I have had a lot of compliments from neighbours. Finally I thought it was a really good example of Costa’s attitude that he turned up immediately when I had a minor problem with my letterbox. He fixed it the same day. Costa Construction is a professional outfit and I thoroughly recommend them. ”
